What you send us stays yours.

This page says plainly what information we collect, why, and what we never do with it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to help you, and we do not sell it, share it for marketing, or track you.

What we collect

• What you send through the request form — who you are, who this is for, where the situation is, what kind of help you need, and the details you type in.
• What you send us directly — calls, texts, and emails, including anything you tell us about your person or your situation.
• What the Bodyguard writes during service — the licensed record of what was observed. That record is yours. We keep our working copy only as long as needed to serve you.

What this site does not do

• No accounts, no logins, no patient portal on this site.
• No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies for tracking.
• No selling or renting your information to anyone.
• No marketing list you did not ask to be on.

How we use it

Only to answer you and to deliver the service — matching a Bodyguard to your situation, scheduling, documenting what was observed, and getting the record to you. We do not use your information for anything else.

Who sees it

Healthcare Bodyguard LLC, Bridge Clinical Care PLLC, and the licensed professional assigned to you. We share information with outside parties only when needed to deliver the service you asked for, or when the law requires it.

Health information

Details about a person's health that you share with us — or that appear in a Bodyguard's record — are handled as confidential client information. The written record we produce belongs to the client. It is for you, not the hospital, the facility, the agency, or the insurer.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to office@healthcarebodyguard.com or call (630) 415-0222.

Text messages

We text only when you ask us to — by checking the optional, unchecked box next to the phone field on the request form, or by texting us first at (630) 415-0222. Texts are about your request and your service: a confirmation, the secure link to finish intake and payment, scheduling, and reminders. No marketing texts, and no medical details in a text.

• How often — message frequency varies with your request.
• Cost — message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
• Stop any time — reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.
• Help — reply HELP, call (630) 415-0222, or write office@healthcarebodyguard.com.
• Never required — saying yes to texts is never required to get service.
